Sensitive and private data exchange between the website and its Customers happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Our website is functioning in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Customers.

The Personal Data collects by the Owner to provide Talentum Platform services, including access to third-party accounts and analytics, comply with its obligations, protect rights and interests (own, Platform Users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activity and for any other actions aimed at providing quality services to clients in good faith, ensuring maximum efficiency of interaction and synergy of Talents and Projects.

As we collect and use personal data (hereinafter – the Personal Data), we are obligated to use and process your Personal Data only in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy), as well as, applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legal acts.

Talentum - Web3 Platform, Agency for Talent management is bring Talents and Startups together, helping them achieve high performance by providing tools for transparent and efficient workflows as all-in-one CRM service designed to organize all the processes including talent and community management, marketing, analytics, accounting, advertising, digital identity, a decentralized autonomous company functionality, blogger exchange, consulting services and HR services.

Talent – a private persons (as Customers, Users) registered on the Platform interested in personal growth, development of professional skills, abilities, creativity, marketing, as well as cooperation with Projects, Companies or DAOs for mutual synergistic effect in the field of Web3.

Project – the Companies or DAOs (as Customers, Users) registered on the Platform in the appropriate status and interested in attracting Talents for collaboration for the creating, building, increasing the informed, positive, loyalty, motivate, active and promising community, development of constructive relations for effective marketing, increase of recognition, reputation and scalability growth.

Personal Data - all types of data the use of that are needed for or may be needed in the future which is mutually agreed by the Platform and Customers for the realization of the purposes of the Platform functioning, provision of services and services to Talents and Projects, ensuring the most efficient collaboration between them, which may include (but not limited to): name, surname, nickname, e-mail, KYC information, IP address, location, scope of activity, professional skills, previous experience, achievements, creative outputs, digital assets tracking, verifying indicators, etc.

Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs) as unique identifiers that are self-owned and controlled by the individual. DIDs can also include basic information like names, addresses and other identifiers.

Technical data:
Such as IP address, submit source (Web, App), browser type and version, time zone settings, location information, internet service provider, hardware/software configuration and etc.

Credentials and Certifications:
Verifiable Credentials as digitally signed pieces of information that can represent qualifications, achievements, or attestations. They are owned and controlled by the individual, making it easier to share qualifications without revealing unnecessary personal details.

Wallet and Personal Financial Data:
Such as your wallet IDs, Cryptocurrency, NFTs and other digital assets Holdings.

Communication Data on Platform between Customers.

Customer's Smart Contract Interactions:
Records of interactions with smart contracts, such as agreements, transactions, and other automated processes which can be stored on the blockchain.

Preferences and Personalization Data (for example Personalization Tokens or data structures that store user preferences and settings across various applications and etc.).

Usage Experience:
Information about how the Customers use our Services, such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.

Social Graph and Relations:
Customer's Data from Centralized and Decentralized Networks and social media platforms (Discord, Facebook, Twitter or others) if you linked your social media accounts to your Talentum account. (data through internal permissions to access the required profile information, about social connections, activities, interactions and etc.).

Platform Statistical Data:
Customers login data via wallet or Discord, number of logins, duration and time of connection, tasks created, number of active or inactive users, leaderboard, integration of new members, account settings, tasks completed and/or in progress, ranking in leaderboard, account settings, experience points and etc., data from the registration questionnaire as tags, role.

The legal basis for the storing, processing and use of the above-mentioned data is EU GDPR, register Customer on the Platform, blockchain signing elements of public offering (including acceptance of this Privacy Policy) and other network actions which unambiguously indicate understanding, consent and acceptance of the offer as a whole or its separate elements for fulfilling mutual interests.

The list of the above data is not fixed and exhaustive. In the process of development and improvement of the Platform, the list of required data may vary in order to achieve goals, improve service functions, increase the efficiency of interaction between Customers.

Talentum obtain personal information from you when you provide it directly to us. For example, when becoming a new client or when you provide us information through direct communication (e.g. completing a form on our website or mobile application, registration for our services, create account on Platform), by access and use of our website or mobile application, by setting up an account with us, when you subscribe to our electronic publications (e.g. newsletters).

We also collect personal information about you from third parties, mainly:

  1. when it is provided to us by a third party which is connected to you and/or is dealing with us, for example, business partners, sub–contractors, service providers and etc.;

Usage of Personal Data

Talentum may use existing Customer's e–mails or their personal Platform account for the marketing of our services, tasks, advertising Projects and their promo events unless you object to the use of your e-mail for the marketing services. You are granted with a clear, free of charge and easily realisable possibility to object or withdraw from such use of your contact details (e-mail) on the occasion of each message.

We may also provide the information to you as our Customer about our products or services by sending messages through the application.

Talentum entitled to offer the services provided by our business partners, Projects or other third parties to you or make assessments about your opinion on different issues in relation to our business partners, Projects or other third parties on the basis of Customer's prior consent expressed in any form as set out in Section 3 above.

Talentum may disclose and/or transfer your Personal Data only in accordance with the principles of confidentiality to the following categories of recipients:

  1. Right to be informed about the processing of Customer's Personal Data.
  2. Right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete data.
    Customer as a data subject have a number of rights in relation to Personal Data. Under certain circumstances and in accordance with EU or other applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to get information about which Personal Data concerning we process. However, this right may be restricted by legislation, protection of other persons’ privacy and consideration for the Company’s business concept and business practices. The Company’s know-how, business secrets as well as internal assessments and material may restrict your right of access.
    If it turns out that we process Personal Data about you that is inaccurate, you have the right to request a rectification of the Personal Data. You can also request to have incomplete Personal Data about you completed.
  3. Right to erasure.
